1　Scope

This Part in DL/T 5210 specifies the relevant requirements in the construction quality acceptance standard for instrumentation and control device（"instrumentation and control"，or"I&C"），and quality evaluation for individual project，individual unit and overall project.

This Part is applicable to the construction quality acceptance and engineering quality evaluation of I&C device for newly-built，extended and rebuilt thermal power generation projects with unit capacity 300MW-1000MW.The unit capacity construction quality acceptance and evaluation of I&C device for thermal power generation project with unit capacity under 300MW may comply with this Part by reference.
