Installing Kitura on Ubuntu

Kitura is fully tested on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. After you've downloaded and installed the Swift 4 Toolchain, install the following packages using the apt-get install command on Ubuntu.
